How do I update my account info?

Sign in and go to your account page to update your name, shipping/billing info, or change your password.

I forgot my password. How do I sign in?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link right away.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. We take your security seriously and use industry-standard encryption. Look for the lock icon in your browser - that means your data is protected with SSL encryption. You'll also notice the URL changes from "http" to "https" on secure pages.

What currency do you use?

All prices are in US dollars.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Maestro.

How do I pay with PayPal?

1. Create a PayPal account if you don't have one

2. After clicking "Complete Order," you'll be redirected to PayPal

3. Complete your purchase securely through PayPal

4. Select "Remember Me" for faster future checkouts

My card was declined. What should I do?

This usually means your bank declined the payment. Contact your card issuer directly to find out why - we don't have access to this information. You can also try using a different card.

I'm getting a payment error. What's wrong?

1. Double-check that all your card information is entered correctly

2. If the error persists, contact your bank or try a different card

Why do I see multiple charges on my card?

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may see separate pre-authorizations for each shipment.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax may apply depending on your state and our sales volume there. If applicable, it will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How do I find my order info?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once shipped, orders can't be canceled directly. Contact [email protected] to arrange a return after you receive your package.

I forgot to add something to my order. Can I change it?

Once placed, orders move quickly to processing and shipping to get to you fast. No changes can be made at this stage - just place a new order for additional items.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.

What are your shipping rates?

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Free shipping on orders over $59!

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

How do I know when my order ships?

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Make sure your email address is correct when ordering!

Can I change my shipping address after my order ships?

Sorry, addresses can't be changed once shipped.

How do I track my order?

· Log into your account and go to Order Details

· Use the tracking info in your confirmation email

Why did my order come in multiple packages?

Our products are stored in different warehouses, so orders may ship separately to get to you faster.

My order is delayed/says delivered but I haven't received it

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
How do I return something?

Email [email protected] within 45 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

What can't be returned?

Items must be:

· In original condition - unworn, unwashed, NEW with tags

· In original plastic packaging

· Bundles must be returned complete for full refund

We reserve the right to reject returns outside the return period or items not in original condition.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds take 3-7 business days and go back to your original payment method.

How do I check my refund status?

Check your PayPal account or credit card statement.

I received a damaged/wrong/missing item
